Define the total fee as either a percentage of your cost basis (Hard Costs, Soft Costs, or a custom selection) or a flat contractual amount, then choose how it's distributed over time: evenly across intervals, as a fixed monthly payout, or as a percentage of spend each period. This feature is available on Pro tier.
